Rabies Vaccination Clinic

* The clinic will be held at Woodworth Park (255 Warren Ave., Poland, OH 44514)

* Mahoning County requires rabies vaccination for all dogs, cats, and ferrets over 3 months of age.
* Cost is $8 per shot, CASH ONLY.
* No appointment is necessary.
* Bring proof of prior vaccination(s) on or after July 27, 2024 with you to receive the three-year booster. Without proof of prior vaccination, your pet will receive a one-year vaccination only. You must bring current rabies certificate with you.
* Owners must have their pets on a leash, in a cage or carrier, or carried in a cloth pillowcase.
* This is low-cost clinic and does NOT include a physical examination of the pet.
* Veterinary staff reserves the right to not vaccinate a pet that appears to be in poor health.
* Costs for the Rabies Vaccinations are kept to a minimum through a sponsorship from Mahoning County Public Health and volunteer services provided by Dr. Courtney O'Neill, D.V.M.
