MEGA FUNDAMENTALS

Designed for those newer to Lagree or anyone looking to build confidence and form. Start with an overview of the Megaformer and its components, then move into a guided workout with plenty of instruction and support.

This 50 minute class includes an introduction the machine and a workout that is focused on movement breakdown and modifications. Expect a low impact, fully guided class.

Grip socks and registration required.
