Your sweet adventure begins by making vegan chocolate truffles. Whip up avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder and coconut oil to make a truffle batter. Then, learn how to form it into bite-sized pieces and dust the truffles with cocoa powder to finish it off. Next, make traditional chocolate truffles with semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream and unsalted butter. Form the truffles and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar and cocoa powder. While the chocolate truffles chill, take a break to craft delicate crêpes. Learn the secrets to making the perfect batter and mastering the pan-flipping technique.
