"A Mala is a string of 108 beads with one bead as the summit or head bead called a 'guru.' Malas are used as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation or count mantras in sets of 108 repetitions."
You will learn the anatomy and relevance of each component of your Mala as well as a brief history of this sacred meditation tool. You will also learn how to use your Mala during your personal mediation. We will open the day with an Intention Meditation. Setting the mood for our sacred space allowing creative energies to flow and aligning our intention to the magic we are creating.
We will make a traditional Mala from either Rudraksha OR Rosewood Beads (whatever you feel guided to of the two). Traditional Mala with 108 beads with knotting in between infused with a mantra/Intention. You will also receive in your Mala make and take kit, 21 Gem crystals matched perfectly to balance and align Chakras. Adding Crystals to your Mala amplifies energies, healing and intensifies the intention of your Mala.
Cost: $111 ALL material included in cost.
