Restorative Yoga is the practice of Asanas supported with props to assist you to relax deeply. A gently Yoga practice that soothes and relaxes your mind body and nervous system.
Sound Bathing is an ancient healing practice using frequency and vibration to promote relaxation, healing and stress relief.
Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga sleep, is a deep meditation practice that promotes deep rest and relaxation. Regular practice aids in reducing insomnia and promotes sleep quality.
This blissful combination will guarantee you leave feeling regulated and rejuvenated.
Cost is $55 Per person.
Due to its popularity, we have 2-time sessions available.
