Bend into the New Year with a feel-good morning on the waterfront at the Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania.
We’ve teamed up with Evolve Fitness to bring you Sunrise Stretch & Sip – a relaxed Pilates and brunch experience right by the marina.
🧘 Guided Mat Pilates with Susan, Founder & Owner of Evolve Fitness Australia, who has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry

🍳 Your choice of eggs & bacon OR a bacon & egg brekkie roll

🥂 A refreshing mimosa to enjoy after your session
Choose from two summer sessions:

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get set up.

Suitable for most fitness levels – this is a gentle, low-impact session focused on moving, breathing and feeling good.
