Summer Spa Day

Relax and rejuvenate with a Sunday morning spa session at the studio! Release tension from the body with a brief yoga flow followed by a soothing stretch. Delight the senses with an extra-long savasana that includes essential oil aromatherapy, a cleansing face mask with steamed towel, guided body scan meditation, finished off with light sound healing.
Afterward, enjoy light refreshments and make your own bath scrub to take home!
