The price is $125 plus tax per person, per class. I’ll be serving the three-course meal I taught in the class, accompanied by imported bottled water. BYOB is highly encouraged! A complimentary take-home apron is provided.

MENU:
- Portobello Bruschetta: A roasted garlic portobello mushroom topped with a tricolor heirloom tomato Bruschetta, fresh mozzarella cheese, and baked with white wine, lemon, and butter.
- Chicken Marsala: Tender chicken medallions pan-seared with mushrooms and a Marsala wine sauce. Served with sautéed spinach and roasted Parmesan potatoes.
- Strawberry Shortcake: Warm, buttered pound cake topped with fresh strawberries, jam, and homemade whipped cream.
