Life doesn’t come with a manual—but we can help. Our Life Skills Group is designed for young adults ages 16–21 and focuses on practical, real-world skills that build confidence and independence.

⏰ 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM
📍 22 N. Main St., Suite 101, North East

Each week we cover topics like:
• Time management
• Job skills
• Applying to college
• Personal hygiene
• How to open a bank account
• Making appointments
• And more!

👉 Registration is not required, but encouraged
This group offers a supportive environment to learn, ask questions, and grow at your own pace.
