Once you pay your deposit, please make sure we have your full name, phone number and email address. We will be in commmunication with you about your room occupancy choice, number of days you will stay at the hotel, registration fees, transportation if applicable, etc. This will determine your overall cost. An invoice will be generated on Pay Pal and sent to your email address. You will have until the end of May 2025 to make your final payment.
Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis, so please pay your deposit asap. All deposits must be in by December 2025 in order for your space to be secured. We will not be accepting new deposits after this date.
