630am Yoga Club
🌅The 630am club for when the 5am club is just too early!!!

This class is the perfect wake up for a Friday morning. You'll be moving in a dynamic yet structured way. Over the weeks exploring the traditional ancient Asanas and discover the 'why' behind them. Why they are good for us, what they do for the body but always in way that is safe and supportive for YOUR body.

Not forgetting the importance of the breath, and relaxation.
Let your body truly benefit from what you are asking it to do and feel ready for the weekend!

(P.S no Friday AM class for two weeks so you can practice getting up and ready... pop one of the videos on from the YouTube playlist!)
