Kids Paddle + SUP Yoga COMBO • North Chelmsford, MA

Children ages 7 & up will learn the fundamentals of a Stand Up Paddleboard, how to properly get on/off the SUP, proper paddling techniques including forward paddling, turns and strokes as well as yoga poses on a paddleboard!

These programs are available as

A Paddle Lesson or
A SUP Yoga class or
both may be combined at a discounted price.

What's Included:
Includes all equipment (paddleboard, paddle, anchor and life vest)

What to Bring:
Bathing Suit, Yoga pants/shorts, Tank/Tee, Long sleeve (weather depending), Towel, Water bottle, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, NO COTTON!

Parents feel free to bring a lawn chair and picnic lunch and hang out on the green during your child's program if you wish.
