As this is our first event, we are taking a “Pay/Donate What You Think It’s Worth” approach. The goal for this event isn’t profit. The goal is to get honest feedback of the concept and menu and to lay the foundation of the Kālua Ohana. There will be a cash box and Venmo info as you’re leaving. All proceeds will go to cover the cost of food. Any profit is just icing on the cake!
