Fresh Brisket Saturday!

Join us the first Saturday of each month for an offering of fresh smoked prime brisket. Once a month, our talented pitmasters run an 18 hour hickory smoke on fresh prime brisket. Grab it by the quarter pound a la carte, or as a sandwich and side.
