Together, we’ll look at practical ways to create healthy rhythms and boundaries in our homes and lives. Whether you’re a parent raising kids in the digital age, a teen navigating social media, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by screens, this class offers hope, wisdom, and tools for living well in a tech-driven world.
