FREE Women's Only Intro Class! Ladies this is a great way to get your foot in the door and try something new. Taught by our very own, Lisa Hill. We will be going over some basic self-defense techniques that are part of our fundamental curriculum. This is a great opportunity to start your training in a fun and welcoming environment.
