Sproul 10K/5K 2026

Welcome to the 19th annual Sproul 10K, also known as the "Toughest 10K in PA". It's 3 miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and 3.5 miles screaming downhill to the finish. The Sproul 10K is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series--Slate Division and the newly added 5K is part of the Sandstone Division. Registration opens December 16th at 7pm.
