And we have a yoga mascot! He was very curious about the singing bowls!

I temporarily dubbed him Mr. Free Range but we could secretly yoga-name him….

Please join my regular Tuesday night 6pm Restful Yoga but in a SPECIAL location May 27 💚

All movement in this session is healing and comforting, and we finish with a super-sleep restorative ending.

Join us in this lush, quiet forest setting at the base of Mt Si - message me for your reservation please! (Well, quiet except for Mr. Cockadoodledoo!
