The logging industry was the backbone of the development of Callander in the early 1900s. The men worked tirelessly to cut and prepare wood for transport often working from dawn until dusk six days a week. From tree to transport by train, the logging cycle is an indepth look at the life of a lumberjack and how they manouvered the dangers of the logging life.
