Stained Glass Tour

For centuries stained glass windows have told the stories of the Christian faith. Before there was a printed Bible, or literacy was common, windows were the storytellers that captured the beauty of the faith.

As part of the United Church of Canada's 100th anniversary celebrations we are delighted to offer this opportunity hosted by David Morgan, the designer and fabricator of many stained glass windows in Northern Ontario, including those on this tour!

The tour begins with the windows at Emmanuel United Church, and go on to explore stained glass at Trinity, St. Andrew’s and concluding at The Pro Cathedral.

Continental breakfast 8:00 am.
Freewill offering.

Parking available in the Emmanuel parking lot or
across the street at the Mall.

A accessible city bus will be available. There is
both seating and standing capacity. A tour outline
will be available for those who prefer to drive
themselves.
