Flow & Fly Yoga Series
Join us for a 2 week series with instructor Amanda Brownlee(RYT 200hr + over 200hr continuing education) focusing on arm balances and inversions— an transcending and explorative 2-week yoga journey!

Experience a 90-minute practice including a Hatha Flow to warm up and prepare the body and exploring the world of inversions and arm balances to FLY! Classes are held on Friday June 13th and Friday June 20th from 6:15 to 7:45 PM.
