Active Together: Fitness in the Park for Women 60+
Meet at Lee Park, next to the Gateway Arch, North Bay, Ontario

🌿 9:00 – 9:15 AM – Meet & greet
💪 9:15 – 10:00 AM – Group workout, catered to all abilities (led by local North Bay fitness instructors!)
💧 10-10:30 AM – Hydrate, snacks, socialize!

No experience needed—just comfortable shoes and a smile! Bring a friend or come solo; all are welcome.
