Tipi Teachings - Smoking Meat and Fish

Learn how to Smoke Meat and Fish on July 22 – 24 at 10:00 am – 3:00 pm!

In partnership with Kanaweyimik Child & Family Services, a temporary collection of traditional tipis will be on display on the south lawn of the WDM North Battleford for the summer of 2025. Along with this, there will be a variety of teachings on select days to participate in.

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to immerse yourself into traditional Indigenous cultures!

Teachings are free with Museum admission!
