Helen is a yoga teacher, mentor and energy intuitive with over 10 years experience and an unwavering commitment of deepening her connection to spirituality and healing. As a certified ERYT, she facilitates yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in Australia and Worldwide.
Having found yoga during a particularly challenging time in her own life, Helen is deeply passionate to support others on their healing journey through yoga, inspiring them with the tools they need to navigate life in an empowering way. She strongly believes yoga supports us to find inner equilibrium and her teachings offer a beautiful blend of movement, meditation and pranayama with a focus on energetics, to create balance and harmony within.
As a mother of twins, Helen is also passionate about bringing yoga and mindfulness to children and families and co-founded Calmer Kids, a social enterprise offering workshops, online programs and teacher trainings in 2019.
Helen is also an energy intuitive offering private sessions to help her clients on their personal healing journey, aligning to the truth and path of their soul. She is a Pranic and Reiki Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Access Bars Facilitator, Sound Healer and Life Coach and weaves these modalities as needed through her sessions, group events and workshops.

Kate Maryam is a Lightworker, multi-modality Energy Intuitive, Shamanic Healer, Feminine Embodiment Mentor, Teacher, Spiritual & Soul Mentor, and Sacred Space Holder. Her path and purpose in life is to guide women on their inner journey to back to their true essence, their divine nature, their sacred self.
Kate has an affinity with and appreciation for shamanic culture, teachings and healing. She felt a strong calling to dive deeper into shamanic practices to compliment her existing soul work in energy healing, psychic development, feminine embodiment and ceremonial cacao as a plant medicine.
Kate embarked upon a spiritual pilgrimage through the sacred sites of Peru, and was blessed to experience many ceremonial blessings from the Maestros and Shamans, including the first initiation of a Karpay Ceremony of Munay (Opening the Heart) with The Sacred Path Of The Inca Healer "Paqo-Ñusta Pampamesayoq".
In 2025, she is undertaking a 12 month Medicine Woman apprenticeship of Hampiq Ñust’a, and will be returning to Peru for a deepening in this calling.
Kate has a passion for empowering others with the tools and strategies needed to live a full of love, connection and courage, and through strengthening their relationship with their own inner voice and wisdom. She believes in the powerful healing properties of the sun, the moon and our natural surrounds, and a deep grounded connection to Pachamama.
Kate is the visionary and creator behind Moon & Tide Gatherings, a series of sacred gatherings held regularly on the Sunshine Coast.
