The Beginning | smolak farm tomato gazpacho with smoked shrimp, smoked pork & fire-roasted corn; summer greens with smoked onion vinaigrette & tomatoes

The Meal | cornbread with honey sea salt butter; 1st place ribs & S&P roasted chicken with South Carolinian mustard glaze; fire-roasted carrots; sweet & spicy coleslaw; pickled onion cucumber salad

Dessert | peach crisp with whipped cream & bourbon caramel
