Rewilding the Self: Session 3- Sound Healing & Meditation

In a world where teens spend an average of five hours a day behind a screen, it's more important than ever to return to what grounds us: nature and the wisdom of the body. This 5-week series invites adolescents to step outside, slow down, and reconnect—with the earth, their senses, and their truest selves. Through guided hikes, expressive art, and mindfulness practices, participants will explore tools for emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery. Nature becomes both a mirror and a modality, helping teens find balance, belonging, and clarity during a transformative stage of life. This is a space to breathe deeply, express freely, and remember who you are beyond the screens.

Ages 11-14

Session 1: 7/15- I AM Prints, Mindful Practice and Breathwork
Session 2: 7/21- Into the Woods at Clarksburg State Park
Session 3: 7/28- Sound Healing and Meditation
Session 4: 8/4- Sensory Session: Clay and EFT Tapping
Session 5: 8/11- Into the Woods at Gould Trail, Adams MA

$125 for the 5 week series -that's only $25 a class!
