Climb Day: Help Katie Summit Kilimanjaro — Without Leaving Cleveland

This November, Katie is taking on her next big endurance challenge — climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to support clean water projects in Tanzania!

You can be part of the journey right here at home by joining her training at Fort Hill, nestled in the scenic Cleveland MetroParks. This iconic spot, part of the Emerald Necklace, features a stunning staircase that rises 90 feet above the east and west branches of the Rocky River, offering breathtaking views at the top.

THE CHALLENGE ⛰️

Climb the equivalent of Mt. Kilimanjaro — all 19,340 feet — in a single day!

Katie is prepared to climb from sunrise to sunset on the summer solstice, with up to 15 hours of daylight on the longest day of the year. She might need every minute of it — unless you help.

Join the effort! Climb the Fort Hill Stairs as many times as you’d like. Every climb you complete is one less that Katie will need to do to reach the summit goal.
