Celebrate Light, Embrace Renewal
Join us for a special Summer Solstice Sound Bath, an immersive journey of sound and intention set at the height of the year's light. As the sun reaches its peak, we'll gather to honor the energy of expansion, abundance, and transformation.
Bathed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, and chimes, you’ll be invited into deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal. The frequencies will help clear energetic blockages, harmonize the body and mind, and amplify your intentions for the season ahead.
Once the sound bath is complete we will also hold a burning ritual. This ritual helps you release what no longer serves you and call in your highest intentions for the bright months ahead.
This session is open to all—no prior experience needed. Simply bring your open heart, a yoga mat or blanket for comfort, and anything else that helps you fully relax (eye mask, pillow, journal).
