The new moon is all about new beginnings, setting intentions, and planting seeds for what you wish to create.

As you settle into the salt cave, you’ll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound. The sound bath will wash over you, using crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and chimes to align your energy, clear any blockages, and help you deeply relax.🙏

Breathing in the air from a Himalayan salt cave offers numerous benefits due to the salt’s ability to purify the air, reduce allergens, and support respiratory health.

It is not recommended to use crystal bowls or gongs for a woman in her first 120 days of pregnancy, as it can be quite intense and has a very clearing energy.

Sound Healing is strongly not recommended for those who have any metal plates, pins or prosthetics within the body.
