Flexibility Skills Intensive—a 4-week training series, meeting 2 hours each week—designed for those wanting to take their practice to the next level.

No experience needed

This is perfect for anyone who:
• Wants to understand the “why” behind the movement
• Is considering future Teacher Training (this counts toward required hours!)
• Loves getting nerdy about technique, muscle engagement, and progressions
• Wants hands-on practice spotting and cueing others
• Craves focused time to clean up and build foundational skills


💡 This would include:
• Skill progressions for your level
• Spotting practice and risk assessment
• Muscle cueing and safety technique
• Opportunities to demo and support one another

If you’ve ever considered teacher training—or just want a more technical understanding of movement—this is a great place to start.

Cost: $220 one time OR $60/week with a payment plan
