Join us on Wednesday, April 30th at 6PM for an exclusive vertical tasting of Eight Years in the Desert by Orin Swift — featuring multiple vintages of this iconic Zinfandel blend by winemaker Dave Phinney (the original creator of The Prisoner).

We’ve been saving these bottles for years… and now it’s your turn to taste the journey.

Chef Elijah will present a 5-course culinary experience crafted to pair with each vintage.
