Yoga on the Ashley

Class Description:

A 60-minute all-levels class. The practice will start slow and build gradually into a dynamic flow, connecting movement and breath before winding down for Savasana.

Tashi will offer variations throughout the class and encourage you to stay in pursuit of what it is you need in each and every moment. Surrounded by the stunning landscape and rich history of the Middleton Place, consider this an opportunity to tune in, ground down, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
