After each session, they are switched to the next match for another 10-minute conversation, continuing the process throughout the event. • Arrive at the venue on time and head to the registration desk.
• You'll receive a name tag and a match card to keep track of your conversations.
• Once everyone checks in, we’ll do a quick welcome briefing to explain the format.

• Each participant will be assigned a starting table.
• Once the event begins, you’ll have 10 minutes per round to chat with a potential match.
• A timer will indicate when it's time to wrap up your conversation.

🔔 3. Time’s Up! Time to Rotate

• At the sound of the bell/buzzer, the men will move to the next table, while the women stay seated.
• Don’t worry if you don’t get to talk to everyone—you’ll meet plenty of interesting people!
