Air Element Sound Bath

The element of air often represents the breath, communication, and freedom. Your breath is the voice of your spirit. This sound journey will flow as if the wind is blowing gentle through the trees and then building up to create the energy of a storm. This element teaches us to find balance is all of the situations life has to offer us. Blowing away stress and tension to leave space in our bodies to be at peace.

Each instrument is chosen for a reason. Every sound bath that I do is a little different as I work with different themes and intentions. This is the second in a series of 5, working with the elements. For wind I am using the koshi and flows chimes, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums and rattles. The ulimate focus to relax, restore and rejuventate the body and mind. Come with an open mind and heart to experience the effects of these beautiful sound healing instruments.

The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
