Come experience 90 minutes of intentional rest and reconnection through the healing power of sound and frequency. This immersive sound journey is designed to support your nervous system, clear mental fog, and create space for emotional release and inner balance.
We’ll begin with a short intro to what sound therapy is, how it works, and what it can offer you. From there, we move into breathwork, intention setting, and a rich soundscape using ancient and culturally rooted instruments.
