Patriot Day 2025

Patriot Day is a day of remembrance to honor the victims, heroes, and those were affected by the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001.

To honor that memory, the Eugene Jones VFW Post 1907 is hosting their annual community event.

The event is free and will begin with a taps ceremony to honor those who perished due to the 9/11 attacks. Additional activities will include a waterslide for the kids, horseshoes and cornhole for the adults, music, Meme's shaved ice, and some food & drinks. We hope you will come join us!

Food (hotdogs) & drinks are for purchase; ALL proceeds go to the Post's scholarship fund that goes to a Normangee ISD senior at graduation.
