But too many women are facing barriers to exercise.

Join us on ASICS nationwide tour as we explore what motivates women to stay active and what holds them back. Whether it’s through movement sessions or inspiring community speakers, each event has one goal: to get more women moving.

Meghann Featherstun, Meaghan Murray, Skye Latimer and Jess Wedel wil lead the conversation for the evening - you don't want to miss out!

6:00 PM - Group run from Red Coyote (optional)
7:00 PM - Live podcast discussion at UpTogether Event Space (428 E. Main Street) located right next door to Red Coyote
7:45-8:30 PM - Q&A, shopping at Red Coyote - Gym Jewels will also have a pop-up shop for the evening!
