EPIC CHARTER SCHOOLS 2025 OKC AREA GRADUATION (EVENING)
Registration for the Epic 2025 Commencement Ceremonies is live! You can find the registration links on the Epic Graduation webpage. This is also your one-stop shop for all things related to Epic’s graduation ceremonies. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions section for all the details.
Space is limited for each ceremony, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is for graduates ONLY. Graduates may invite an unlimited number of guests to attend the ceremony. Guests do not need entry tickets.

Saturday, May 31: TWO Ceremonies, at 12 p.m., and 6 p.m.
Graduates may only participate in one ceremony each.
Important: All seniors may select the graduation ceremony of their choice so long as capacity for that ceremony has not been reached. Please note, that ONLY seniors who have completed ALL graduation requirements will be issued a diploma. Epic assets MUST be returned before diplomas are distributed. Based on the timing of completion of graduation requirements and the return of assets, some graduates may be able to pick up their diplomas at graduation. Asset drop-off points will be available at each ceremony.
Graduates should arrive at least one hour before the ceremony, preferably sooner. Ceremonies should last between one and two hours each.
*NOTE: Diplomas will also be mailed this summer to graduates who have completed their graduation requirements and returned their Epic assets. Please make sure your address is correct in the Parent Portal to ensure timely delivery.
Cap & Gown Information
Caps and gowns for graduation are available from Herff-Jones. Visit epicgrad.com to place your order.
Through epicgrad.com you will be able to select which products you are interested in purchasing. The lowest-priced Cap and Gown package can be found under Grad Gear & Apparel. The Cap and Gown Unit w/Custom Hood is $64.00 (plus tax) and includes your cap, gown, hood/stole and tassel. Orders placed by April 12 will be shipped to the graduate; orders after that time will need to be picked up at the ceremony.
