Embroidery Workshop

We are so happy to have Norman artist Darci Lenker as a regular instructor at the Moore-Lindsay House! Darci is a professional artist who specializes in fiber arts and teaches embroidery and felting. She will be teaching two beginner-friendly workshops at the museum this summer. The first, which is for adults only, will be Friday, June 20, 6-8pm. The second, for ages 9 and up, will be Saturday, June 21, 2-4pm. Children 9-13 must attend class with an adult, and both must be registered for the workshop. Due to space constraints, no observers will be allowed. Participants in both classes will learn several basic embroidery stitches to create a custom piece of art designed by Darci.
