About the event

Beginners Yoga

For the true beginner or those who want to strengthen their foundations.
A foundational class teaching the basics of yoga to help you build a safe and enjoyable practice. All levels are welcome!
Each class is 60 minutes long with plenty of warm up & cool down.
Each class features breathing techniques & meditation to prepare you for the best part of class: lying down in peace and quiet.
