Monthly Community Social and Discussion

Join us for a relaxed evening of meditation, connection, and meaningful discussion in a supportive community setting. We begin with a short guided meditation, followed by time to connect and a group discussion based on our most recent Meditation & Modern Buddhism class.
Didn’t attend the Thursday class? No problem — we’ll share a brief summary so everyone can join in.
A warm space to support your practice, ask questions, and grow with spiritual friends.
Everyone is welcome — no experience needed.
