Level Up Life is a 9-week therapeutic role-playing program that uses the excitement of tabletop RPGs (like Dungeons & Dragons) to help you build connections, level up your social skills, and explore personal growth—all while having a blast with fellow adventurers.

Led by a licensed mental health professional (your expert Game Master), you’ll create your own character and team up for an epic storytelling experience designed to unlock real-life confidence and connection.
