PARKING: Validated parking is available in the MacArthur Center South entrance only (500 E. City Hall Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510). Guests will need to bring their parking pass into the building with them. Go to the visitor's center desk and they will validate the parking for up to 3 hours.
A reception will follow the ceremony!
