Riftbound Learn to Play Event

This is a learn to play event using the 4 trial decks (Jinx, Victor, Volibear, Yasuo). Participation promos (Teemo Scout) will be given to everyone that attends while supplies last. We only have 8 trial decks total to use so we will rotate new players into tables after every match. No entry free, no prizing besides the participation promos.
