Join our newest team member, Whitney, for her debut wine class. Formerly running the wine program at Pendulum Fine Meats in Ghent, Whitney has plenty of experience pairing specialty cured meats with the perfect wines. She is excited to lead her first class, and we are thrilled to kick things off with such a fun theme.

You will taste four delicious food and wine pairings while learning some key pairing principles along the way. Since all of the meats are available at Pendulum, you can easily recreate the entire experience at home for yourself and your friends.
