Join us for our Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital — a welcoming space to connect, share, and receive support through every stage of the perinatal journey. 💕

🗓️ When:
2nd Tuesday of each month | 12:00–1:00 PM
4th Thursday of each month | 5:00–6:00 PM

📍 Where:
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital
600 Gresham Drive, Norfolk, VA 23507
(Enter through the main entrance and take the 4th floor Norfolk Zone elevators — the receptionist will guide you.)

💬 Who can join:
This group is open to anyone who is pregnant or within their first year postpartum.

This is a free, welcoming space for connection, encouragement, and understanding. 💗 Come as you are — whether you need to talk, listen, or just be surrounded by others who “get it.”
