Flow & Restore CLASS+
Flow & Restore CLASS+ is unique 90-minute experience that offers a special combination of vinyasa and restorative elements.
Led by Jessica Ruff (E-RYT 500), the first portion of practice is a dynamic, all-levels vinyasa flow, connecting breath with movement to warm and strengthen the body while boosting energy levels.
The remainder of practice will move to the ground and shift to restorative poses, using props to support the body and facilitate deep relaxation.
A lengthy savasana will facilitate a sense of rejuvenation and centeredness.
Participants can expect a balanced & thoughtful experience, designed to relieve stress and encourage inner reflection.
