Family Engagement: Ready, Set, Learn! (Wednesday Group)

Join us at the Norfolk Public Library for a special program designed for parents/guardians and their preschoolers (ages 3–5)! This hands-on series is a fun and meaningful way to prepare your child for kindergarten while building early literacy skills together.

With guidance from our Youth Services staff, you’ll actively engage your child in activities that support language, reading, and school readiness. Each month, families will also receive simple take-home activities and a learning calendar to continue the fun at home. (Take-home activities can be adapted for siblings, but we ask that only children ages 3–5 attend the program.)

Give your child a strong start and enjoy quality learning time together—because learning is even more powerful when families learn side by side!
