Every detail of the evening has been curated to highlight Norïe’s floral and botanical notes. Each course is not only paired with Norïe, but thoughtfully infused with it, creating a dining experience that is refined, nourishing, and completely alcohol-free.

5:00–6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
Begin the evening in the beautiful courtyard at Wands Books with live cello music, zero-proof cocktails available for purchase from our cash bar, and light bites curated by VA Coastal Provisions — all included with your ticket.
6:00–8:00 PM | Three-Course Dinner
Settle in for an elevated, seated dinner featuring a seasonal, three-course menu, live cello accompaniment, and three glasses of Norïe — one paired with each course.🌿 The Menu
First Course – “Red Rose Whisper”
Fire-roasted grapes with whipped farmers cheese, baby arugula, spiced pistachio brittle, and pickled butternut squash vinaigrette — finished with a floral spritz of Norïe.
Second Course – “Lots of Purple”
Brown sugar and black pepper dry-brined NY strip with roasted garlic-herb butter, served with:
• Roasted sweet potato grits with aged white cheddar
• Charred Brussels sprouts with pancetta, parmesan, pomegranate, and a berry-balsamic Norïe reduction
Third Course – “Heart of Gold”
Caramelized stonefruit over toasted pecan shortbread, topped with Norïe-infused champagne whipped cream and candied citrus zest.
