Please join our nonprofit DFOWW Incorporated experts at the Nonprofit, Private Foundation, and LLC Formation Entrepreneurship Workshop. The workshop is great for both parents with children and youth who want to start their own private foundation, and nonprofit organization. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, you will be able to apply for grants, accept donations, and will be exempt from paying federal corporate income tax.
Did you know that you can donate money from your for-profit entity to your nonprofit, and there are several ways to do so. The for-profit entity can donate directly to the nonprofit, potentially reducing its tax liability by up to 10% of its net income. Our experts will answer all of your questions as it relates to setting up your nonprofit organization.
Participants will also receive a 30-minute lunch break in which our staff will serve free catered lunch from Olive Garden Italian restaurant to all attendees.
